At Auraline, we take great care in preparing and delivering your orders safely and efficiently. Below you’ll find all relevant details about how we ship, when to expect your delivery, and what’s included in the shipping service.

Delivery & Packaging

  • Orders up to 31.5 kg are shipped as a single package.

  • For orders exceeding 31.5 kg, your delivery will be split into multiple parcels to ensure safe handling.

  • All shipments are securely packed and clearly marked as fragile, to protect your handcrafted items in transit.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

  • If products are in stock, we normally ship within 2 business days. For on-demand orders, please allow approximately 6 weeks for the goods to be ready for shipment.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order and delivery location.

  • All shipping costs include applicable VAT.

International Shipping

We ship almost everywhere in the world! Shipping options and rates will be displayed during checkout.
